Stare at the four black dots in the center of the image for 30 - 60 seconds.

Then quickly close your eyes and look at something white and blink a few times.

You should see a white circle with an image inside it :|

Just after you stared the dots, You should look your computer screen beside the image and you will see...

I'm sorry to be party breaker, but it's simple color invert. After looking at the image with black background when you look at something white you see all colors inverted.

I know....I just found it amazing how it moved after that
