for me i can hit "Ctrl I" using media player, or u can use BSPlayer ibelive it had a screencap feature

I wrote a quite lengthy tutorial on just how to get screen caps with BS Player a few pages back, maybe in the 20's or 30's somewhere. That may help you.

Ariessd, if your having trouble getting to the download page, make sure you scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Free, if you already did that, then you have to wait 45 seconds or so for your download ticket to expire, after which, your link will show up at the bottom of that page. Click it and a download dialog should appear, if it doesn't appear, try right clicking and saving target as.
