The video is encoded with the DivX codec, so go download the DivX codec.

You need the XviD codec, download either VLC Player or one of these codec packs from Here
Or you could just go download the XviD codec by itself, but using one of these two options above, will save you the hassle of downloading a new codec everytime you have a problem.
