Leonardo DiCaprio was puffing on a big fat cigar when we spotted him hanging out at the Monte Carlo Beach Club in Monaco on Wednesday afternoon, but it's not the big fat cigar that we're interested in; it's the mystery brunette who was keeping the Titanic star company - Who is she? And what happened to Blake Lively?

Well, if our well-placed source is to be believed, Leo and Blake are taking things slowly. They said,"They're dating a bit - taking things slow, slow, slow."

Rumour has it Leo started pursuing Blake last year with emails and texts even though he was still with Bar.

"Things were definitely headed south with Bar at that point," they explained before adding, "Blake has always had a crush on Leo... Titanic is one of her favourite movies," she is "definitely being wooed" and "this could be the beginning of something."

I don`t really understand what`s the big deal with the baseball cap. I see the point in him being comfortable without it. Thanks Barbie and Sick for the new pics of leo and "Mystery" woman. I gotta admit these Leo sightings usually turn out to have some sort of truth to them in the end. I'm sure as usual these sites like to elaborate on what may have actually happened but atleast they dont make up that he was seen with these women out of the blue. They take what they see and heard and embellish on what they think may be behind the encounters. However, time will tell if Leo has anything with these women. At the beginning Gisele and Leo were said to be just friends from sources, there were denials that they were a couple and we know where that led...
