I've been trying to lose 10-15 pounds all year (I gained 15 in the summer/fall of 2016) and the progress has been stagnant b/c there are too many social eating opportunities that force my hand. I've stabilized at least.

I've dropped down to 152 lbs

So in August 9 I dropped to 152- then later I dropped to 150.
I checked last week (after ignoring my weight) and I'm up to 157!!

I gain some kg, I hope loss them as soon as possible and stay in 53kg

Very funny, I'm at around 157.5 ish... I want to lose at least 15.
I'm trying to skip as many dinners or dinner snacks as possible..I already banned my bread eating and switched to rice.

Weighed myself this morning- 155.5 lbs.

I went zero carb half the week- no more compromise

I am eating carbs 3 times a day -mostly pasta & potatoes- and I've lost 12 pounds in 2 months. Carbs are YOUR FRIENDS!!

I always cave into carbs
I used to do 1300 calories for a diet day. I did 1600 yesterday and today.

I'm down to the 140s! A few more and I'm done. It took me an unusually long time to trim this.

I regained some. I have about 7-10 lbs that I want to lose.
I have decided to replace my 6 bowls of oatmeal a week with a low calorie meat broth. There's no where else left for me to cut (without getting hungry). These 6 bowls of oatmeal were easily around 1,100 calories a week. I don't think they satiated me very much, as I only consume quick oats. 3 weeks of this is a pound...

I stepped on the scale today and I gained 9 lbs since I dropped to 148 in early April.
-some of the gain is increased muscle mass, but most of it is fat.
-too much surplus eating

changed my diet day to two meals (550 cal, 450 cal) a day and 1 snack (200 cal) before bed.
COME ON, MORE FRUITS, JUICES AND LIQUIDS!

I've accumulated about a week's worth of diet days since I last posted. (1400-1500 calories a day)
Lemon, pineapple, orange, strawberry juices
