There's no way Keyra's ass is fake! It may be the 8th wonder of the world but that looks all real to me!!!

Secondly, true...true. Enhancements may become a standard because I've heard of women being happier with bigger breasts than smaller ones (and vice versa). A friend told me that he has a friend who had breast implants and was happier for it because she was miserable with her small breasts.

If it makes you happy and potentially more attractive to others then go for it...

i have a coworker who has been telling me she's going to get boobs for the last two years.  it's obvious she won't feel nearly as good about herself until she gets them.  she just announced to me that the date is now set for july.  more power to her, as i don't see what the big deal is when people get work done, unless it becomes an obsession and disfigures or bankrupts them.  i don't mind tasteful, fake breasts, honestly.
