I think that's definitely Shi Kaï, one of the first Chinese top models... She was discovered by Cardin on a trip to Beijing (I think) around 1985. He then took her to Paris and made her into his muse, but she walked for a few other houses too. Apparently she still lives in Paris and goes by her westernised name today: Kay de Baecque
