When that movie everyone said it was the funniest movie ever. It was funny, but I didn't think it was THAT funny

I liked it, two even better ^^

No clue as to why, but I think it's known as 'Philosopher's Stone' in the UK (and I'm guessing elsewhere in Europe too) and 'Sorcerer's Stone' in the US.

^Huhhh? But the title of the book is socerers stone in the UK and here...

It's yet another name in Dutch. I guess it just depends one where you look first, and for me as student that's wikipedia

Strange, I know. I'm not at all educated in the Potter universe so I couldn't tell you the reason for the change, I just remember a story doing the rounds back then that the scenes mentioning the stone were filmed twice - once with the actors saying 'Sorcerer's' for the US audience and once with them saying 'Philosopher's' for the UK.
