John Wick ... kInda meh, but entertaining as Shep' said !

Lets be Cops- Pretty funny, didn't think I'd enjoy it as much as I did. Worth a see for a few laughs. 6.5/10

"The Three Stooges"
Big fan of slapstick so five stars on this one.
As a bonus, Kate Upton in a small part.

The Matrix-FINALLY SEEN THIS MOVIE IN ITS ENTIRETY BEGINNING TO END. AND YES. IT WAS AMAZING 8.5/10

^ That is one of my favourites. Don't know if you'll want to watch the other 2 sequels though.
Speaking of Keanu I watched Henry's Crime on Netflix it is a independent movie but was pretty good for some laughs and had a unique storyline. Id say 6/10.

It's been years since I last saw the first Matrix all the way through. I'd be interested to watch it again, just to see how well it stands up today. No plans to watch the others anytime soon though, the thrill of the original was always in its set pieces and aside from one or two sequences (Reloaded at least had the cool demon twins and the brilliant highway chase scene going for it), the sequels forgot that.

Watched Birdman and while I enjoyed the movie the was a "plot hole" at the end of the movie that bothered me so much.
Hospitals very very rarely have windows, and they definitely don't have screenless windows large enough for a person, and they're certainly not going to put a man who just attempted suicide in a room with such a window.

I've heard from quite a few different people the sequels weren't as good. Though I've also heard that the Matrix Reloaded was really good. I still want to watch regardless because the first left you wanting more

I've taken a very long hiatus- over a year - from watching films.
I did not watch "American sniper" back to back, but just skipped the man's personal life (simply didn't interest me and didn't have time) and watched the combat scenes of "American Sniper". Urban warfare is an interest of mine, and these scenes of deployment in irregular warfare and military discussion were well-advised by professionals and as technically accurate as a movie can reasonably portray. Overall, worth seeing just for that and there is no other movie that has done it better to my knowledge (hurt locker was done poorly in this area). The depiction of their techniques is interesting. I also liked how they showed how difficult it was to operate in urban hostile areas and not to endanger lives of civilians and how dirty & fruitless many of the jobs were in that war. Of further interest is some depiction of civilians who actively tried to defend their way of life against the USA- a dimension of conflict that is not often explored.
Of further value is the positive reception this film had with US veterans- the scenes are definitely 'hoo-rah' and display the more effective elements of the US military and probably overstate the 'general' combat effectiveness- the insurgents tended to be more elusive than portrayed, more prone to boobytrap, and loathed to expose themselves just to slaughtered. The political character of the film comes across as conservative like 'Black Hawk Down'. This is not an anti-war, existential trama film.
Some negatives, however, are minor and I thought it was in bad taste to create a sniper 'boogeyman' and splice the man's personal life the way that they did. The man's personal life looks like a drama largely revolving around his annoying wife (Sienna Miller) and veteran's issues.
I saw Blade Runner again. I watch this movie about once every three or four years, and interpret it in a different way. Needless to say, it's a great movie, thought provoking and just very rich. It's a work of art.

Interstellar, right now ...

... WHAT A GREAT MOVIE ! I dreamed since i was kid to see a movie like this one ! The themes, the musics etc ... +++++++

^ One of the best movies I've seen in a long time.

I liked the sequels. But the first movie is the best of the three by far. The sequels are good, but from my point of view they lack that mind-blowing element the original had.

1-Still Alice 7/10 : the movie was good Julianne Moore was great she deserved her nomination for the academy award but not the win at least for me :morning: ; k-stew showed some acting range for once
; overall i didn't felt like i wasted my time ![]()
2-Night crawler 8/10 : Jake's performance was perfect
; the body language, the look , the rising the eyebrow and the tone of his voice he really nailed it , the movie itself is good
it shows how this industry would loose any kind of human compassion for the sake of profit.
3-Gone Girl : 10/10 ; truly a breathtaking thriller ; and the end OMG
!!!! The script is so well elaborate ; David Fincher's work is truly brilliant ; i wasn't really enthusiastic about watching Ben Affleck's usually lazy acting for me but for once it did him good for this role but still again i could easily see other actors replacing him
. as for Rosamund Pike woman realy went full crazy psychopath for the role and she just killed it ( i would gave her the oscar if i was in charge
)

"Anchorman 2"
Booooo! If I hadn't borrowed it from the library I'd be at the store trying to get my money back. Booooo!
Oddly, a couple weeks ago I watched his 2011;
"Everything Must Go"
drama/comedy and thoroughly enjoyed his performance. Five out of five stars on that one.

It Follows - Unique horror movie that is worth the watch for any scary movie fan. A lot of classic scary movie feels. The more I think about the movie the more I like it. Original concept and the scary parts in it are scary as hell. I'm still a little unsatisfied with some things from the movie, but still
8/10

Biology 101 Some cheap movie about a college biology teacher whose student is a pornstar he obsesses about. Not anywhere near a masterpiece but entertaining. 5/10

Get Hard- I think Will Ferral and Kevin Hart have good chemistry, but movie was barely funny. 5/10

The Hangover (2009)

The Human Centipede-Twisted AF, this movie can't be unseen.
