Thats a good question. Has anyone ever been to a nude beach? I'm not sure if I would or not but tan lines are kind of annoying.

I have they are all over in Florida. When I went to Disney World with my friends for senior trip we decided to leave for a while because we had passes, to visit other cities, they are a bunch in Miami, and west palm beach.

i don't have a problem with nudity but that's not something i'm completely comfortable with either. it would be a chanllenge for me to walk out in front of people being completely naked(even though i realize they don't much attention to your parts on the nudist beach). and it's not an insecurity problem, i'm proud of my body..it's something ..something

I wouldn't want to go to a crowded nude beach. Like I said, if it was a private island resort and I was with my husband ... then sure, I'd get naked. But if there were other people around, I wouldn't do it.

Edit: Just wanted to mention also that if I was on a private boat out in the middle of the ocean, I'd get naked too.

I have, but it was full of elderly people and from the moment I stepped on that beach I was scarred for life. :x

I went through a huge tankini phase in highschool, but after blowing my knee, I haven't been swiming in a loooooong time. Now I just wander down and roll my pants up a little to stick my feet in the water.

I think it's a whole self-consious thing. I've got more scar-tissue than knee at this point.

i have a similiar problem except its on my upper body...too many scars because of my accident....im wearing a muscle shirt now and my scars are showing but i really dont care at this point.

I think after the 100th person asked me "WHAT DID YOU DO!" I just gave up and started wearing yoga pants again. They're comfy anyway.

my story ends up being....i got in a fight with a bull.

"I got bored and hacked my leg off with a chainsaw. I can do it for you if you want."

I get that, but it's just with my face for some reason; it tans waaay slower than everything else and the weird thing is I don't even wear make-up, so there isn't anything stopping me from tanning.

And if anyone wants to tan all over, but doesn't want to go to a nude beach, you can always buy a tan through swimming costume.

My face doesn't tan as well as my body, too. But, I use sunscreen now. I don't want to look like an old, leather Prada bag when I get older.
