I said Classical. I couldn't decide on any of the others..

I pretty much listen to everything except rap ( I do listen to R&B ) and country. Oh, and I don't listen to "metal" I guess. Whoever does all that silly screaming in their songs, I don't like that stuff.

I voted for pop/dance. I don't really have a favorite music genre.

Music genre hmm. I like all kinds of music. I'm not HUGE on the hardcore rap or heavy metal scene, but there are songs I do enjoy.

It really freaks me out when somebody says 'Oh, you know, I listen to a little bit of everything...'. That's not a real answer... you do have your favourite genres, even if you don't want to admit it.

Usually when I get an answer like that...I'll say "oh, your one of those type of people." That's true though, everyone has a favorite genre.

I'm pretty much cool with anything.

Used to listen to hardcore, hard trance, gabba, terrorcore, psytrance, hardstyle and all that stuff...then age caught up with me and I mellowed out to uplifting melodic trance and a bit of breakbeats

I like some pop, and I like more commercial rock

sorry Pa, I was never deeply involved with breakbeats so I don't know much about it. I just got into it cause of a certain DJ called Kid Kenobi (Sydney DJ) and it was just different. A lot slower and nicer than hard trance <_<

But I'm out of the clubb'n scene... I'm taking a break from it all, so I don't keep up with the music anymore

but to answer your question, probably nu skool ( though I'm not too sure )

Why do you hate jazz? There are thousands kinds of jazz, I'm sure you would find something interesting for you... check out acid jazz, for example. Though it's not really a jazz subgenre, it's more of electronic music.

Only some people are into old skool breakbeat. I'm into both. Old skool breakbeat = early Prodigy, Dance Conspiracy, Nu-Matic, House Crew/Baby D, Liquid, SL2, Project One, Sonz of a Loop da Loop Era, Acen, Hyper on Experience. If these don't ring a bell then you are into nu skool.
