JOSEPH GORDON-LEVITT'S DIRECTORIAL DEBUT BEGAN FILMING YESTERDAY
Joseph Gordon-Levitt is pretty universally beloved around here, and sad though it may be that anything could cause Gordon-Levitt to leave DJANGO UNCHAINED at least it was done on good terms and for a good cause. As in his feature film writing/directing debut DON JON'S ADDICTION, which Gordon-Levitt himself said began shooting yesterday.
Co-starring Julianne Moore, Scarlett Johansson, and Tony Danza, the movie focuses on the attempts of a porn-addicted, modern day Don Juan-type who sets out on a quest to reform his life. Below you can see a behind-the-scenes picture from the first day, and hopefully there will be many more to come viathe movie's official tumblr.
watching TDKR made me change my mind on him. I've always seen him as a little puppy dog cute harmless boyish type.... but damn, he's kind of hot.
JGL is my current 2nd favorite actor right behind Leo of course. Anyways this is one of my favorite interviews that he has done. I love when he sings at 7:34 mark. He has an awesome singing voice.

Also the first still from Lincoln was released today. Hopefully this means a trailer will be released soon so we can see JGL. He is definetely going to have a big year with TDKR, Premium Rush, Looper and Lincoln. Can't wait to see the rest. He was amazing in the TDKR. I really thought that him and Anne Hathaway gave the best performances along with Hardy.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt explains ‘bad ass’ role
Joseph Gordon-Levitt donned a fake nose for his new movie to help him look like a “bad ass”.
The actor portrays Joe in Looper, a character who is an assassin and targets people from the future. Joseph wants people to steer away from compartmentalising the release as it has too many different things to offer.
“It’s not your typical science-fiction in that it’s not a lot of spaceships and stuff,” he told Empire. “[i wore a prosthetic nose to help with] bad-assery.”
Joseph knows people don’t tend to associate him with science fiction movies but hopes he is going some way to improve that. He played Blake in The Dark Knight Rises and doesn’t understand why more isn’t made of his appearance in 2010 release Inception.
“Well, Inception was sort of an action movie,” he said. “It may not look it, but a lot of that was fast and hard, actually.
“I did my first scene when I was ten years old. I’ve done a lot of fight scenes, I’ve been around, man!”
