Guns N' Roses

Duff's sound is unique among bassists. I think he used a chorus pedal. I don't know of any other well-known bassists who used it.

I was going to open a thread about them I love them.I really miss the old band.My favourite song is WTTJ(at the moment ) I can't wait for the release of Chinese Democracy. I'm gonna see Slash,Matt and Duff because I'm going to the Velvet Revolver concert.Can't wait

Slash is my second favorite..altho he can piss me off sometimes when he comments on Axl..but what can ya do. I agree with you QBall, his sound was unique..altho I don`t know much about the whole pedal thing.

And trust me Nephtysee, I miss the old band too.

The new band is kind of weird...Did Buckethead really leave the band?

Yeah I`m not really feeling the new Guns N` Roses. Well, deffinately not as much as the original Guns.

I've heard a couple of their song(Chinese Democracy,The Blues,...) They're not nearly as good as the old band.

Yeah I`ve heard some of them too..the songs aren`t bad or anything..It`s better then 90% of the stuff you`d hear on the radio now..but it doesn`t measure up to the original Guns.

Yes I know that feeling He`s been interviewed a few times..an he didn`t want to reveal much about the new band..he claims to be very busy. Also I don`t think he likes the negativity he`s getting from some people.

Last time when I've seen Axl on TV, he wan't looking too good. I wonder if he still has that weird hair...

These new Guns are a strange band. I don't even know who plays there now, I heard Buckethead left the band a long time ago.

He`s still not bad looking. If I saw him on the street, and I didn`t know him..or if he was like a new artist or something, I wouldn`t think that he`s bad looking or ugly. It`s just that the young Axl was one of the best looking guys I`ve seen, so it`s hard to accept his new appearance.

BTW Axl in the Appetite for Destruction days was the best

Oh and I think that a nice make over will make him look good again. Get rid of the braids..Unbleach[if that can be done] his eyebrows..and get back in shape

not really gnr, just axl using the name with a different group of guys, but i think he shouldnt do that, the new group he has should get a different name, just because they have axl doesnt mean they are gnr

and velvet revolver i guess is alright, its good music, but it doesnt compare at all to gnr
