Definately! I met Erik Rutan, he's a super cool guy. Very down to earth, chatted with him for a few minutes after a show.

I've heard of Cynic, but not their music. They must be good, Chuck Schuldiner had most of it's members in his band Death. BTW, Internal Suffering are pretty good. I get that band confused with Internal Bleeding. But yeah...their good.

Amazing is an understatment. He makes it look easy drumming that fast.

Did you ever hear Morbid Angel's drumcheck? That's pretty awesome how Pete Sandoval can drum like that also.

The Morbid Angel drumming is practically grind drumming. The guys I respect for speed are Pig Destroyer, Morbid Angel and Cephalic Carnage. Kataklysm utilise a drum machine for the snare...the guy sometimes sounds like an amateur. Now the guy from Crowpath is DAMN technical That my friends is good drumming

Mortician does the same thing, but those guys are so heavy...I can't comprehend what their playing. Cephalic Carnage are awesome, they played Jesus Saves when I saw them. That kicked ass!

Well...a good majority of death metal drummers are pretty talented. From my experience, people who can't comprehend something...bash it. But that's just my opinion.
