I love cheese cake

So what cheesecake flavors do we all love here? I stick with the simple vanilla bean flavored cheesecake here.

I like anything that's reminiscent of strawberries & cream. (including good strawberry shortcake and strawberry cheesecake)

Chocolate moose & double chocolate cheesecake are good too, but they're a bit on the 'heavy' side for me so moderation is the key :-p

Darn good choice in flavors there, reminds me of summer all wrapped up into a delicious little sliver of goodness.

And emphasis indeed on "moderation".......the second i looked at the calorie content of my fav cheesecake i just threw my hands up in the air and said "o well, something this good is worth dying for"

Oh yea, the caveat with the chocolate type cheesecake is the fact that their sugar and fat content is unbelievable- in total it's often 1,000 calories a slice. The sugar content is out of this world, and can give people blood sugar spikes (a lot energy, then a sleepy downturn). It's a nap-inducer..

Oh gosh don't even get me started on Tiramisu, i practically can keep eating that till i throw up.

And Greek, god how i need to eat at my fav Greek spot again soon, they have some killer Baklava

One of my favorite cakes is Russian Honey cake (among other Russian favorites)- you can find it in "little odessa" in NY

It's probably the most addictive cake ever. It's rich & creamy yet not overpowering. Melts in your mouth, too ^_^

The above desert actually reminds my of a favorite of mine, the mocha cream roll. Soft, airy, not overly sweet, and such a great dessert with coffee. My sweet tooth has officially been activated.
