Your welcome iLUVBarbarapalvin!what does munchies mean?Thank you ![]()

Oh, lol, munchies basically means craving some kind of snack in copious amounts ![]()

Thank you again,ILUVBarbaraPalvin!
.

okay, so I had lamp chops, green vegetables, and sauteed pork: ![]()

I'm about 90% comfortable with lamb because there's that aftertaste. However, the dish I had was very well prepared, and very tender. The pork was very sweet as well, and I ate this with some brown rice.

Those pork chops looks so ever succulent and juicy....now this is why I love Bellazon...what models? ![]()
Good man cook ![]()

JOE...I WANT A PLATE!!! ![]()

Thanks
The lamb chops I had were actually prettier than those, though
Joe, that Mongolian chicken looks good ![]()

There's plenty to go around guys
. I bought some lamb chops since I don't usually come across it enough to make my own, but they weren't as tender as that pic above
.

^ What about desserts...anything latley? ![]()

Nice
!!!

Joe, that reminds me: I haven't had a Cinnabun in years!

I cheated last week and ate two things that worsened my allergies. I'm not doing it again, but I couldn't resist at the time....:
Nutella and a lemon/strawberry shortcake. I can't find a picture that actually looks like it though........

Cinnamon rolls
Extra walnuts on mine please!
And a TALL glass of milk ![]()

The milk and shortcake are great too
. I think cinnamon is great for the metabolism too if I'm not mistaken. On the healthier side, I make some whole wheat ones too even though they're not as popular
.

10 Health Benefits of Cinnamon
Side Effects of Cinnamon
Note on Identification
"Cassia" is an herb which looks and tastes like cinnamon and can be found on some store shelves labeled as cinnamon when actually it does not carry the health benefits of true "Ceylon cinnamon". The first step in using cinnamon safely is knowing what you are getting. Cassia contains higher amounts of coumarin than true cinnamon and coumarin is responsible for some of the side effects listed below.

I like cinnamon because it tastes nice... ![]()

Ha, me too. And here is one of my fav uses with it. Take a nice homemade tortilla, still warm. Gently spread a delicious layer of sweetened butter on top and for the final touch...a good dusting of cinnamon. Now roll and enjoy! ![]()
