Korean burrito? What is the difference between Korean and Mexican burrito?

For an American version of either, they probably wouldn't be much difference since they would probably just take the general aspects and interject American (or whatever other country it may be) ingredients in there. In terms of both in the purest sence, Mexican burritos have ingredients that thrive in Mexico whereas Korean burritos have more kimchi, soy and they also make their meat differently. I'd wager that the Korean side would win the beef battle whereas the Mexican side would win the sauce battle, but it all varies based on the chef and individial tastes obviously. Some of the Koreans even have dog meat although they're dogs raised and bred for eating rather than just random dogs anyway. I love both of course .

I lack certain enzymes that break down milk protein...so I'm probably one of the most ignorant cheese people alive. I simply just don't eat cheese very much. And when I do, it's in very small amounts. So it's not something I'm used to eating at all, and seeing the large selection of cheeses at markets confuse me. I have no taste-memory to comprehend any of it. But I have to say that a lot of cheese is very 'strong' for me, and some types of cheese I've had are rank repulsive.

Don't feel too bad about that. There are a lot of people that have the same 'problem' but just don't realize it. Its also worth mentioning that baby cows have four stomachs by contrast . You could try some soy cheese if you haven't already. It's cholesterol free, has a longer shelf life and tastes as good depending on who made it.

You're welcome Dave. The Poboy was spicy and a little sour thanks to the remoulade sauce and, thank goodness, there was no salt added onto the sweet potato fries

^ I can't stand it when they put too much salt on sweet potato fries. That's one item I will not hesitate to return back till they get it right.

And here is my little contribution for today, had a gyro for dinner :brows:

I don't promote pork (because of the things I've seen my own pigs do as well as its general toll on the digestive system), but I had wild boar. We killed him in self defense and he won't be missed . To me the meat is better even though its harder work and there isn't as much of it. They also probably eat healthier and get more exercise, so its harder to cook them in their own juices it seems.
