Wow, amazing ! Its interresting you're Chinese and preferred the Japanese when I've had more Japanese and prefer the Chinese food by a lot especially the chicken. The Japanese food is prettier though . Great stuff .

well probably most of the dishes in the world are similar,just had different names,but "sarma" is a turkish word ...i dont really know who invented it first

we do them in 2 ways: meatless with rice and spices or with mince and rice ,which i dont like,hate mince :yuckky:
