I was hoping to have my name as a regular Susan without apostrophes.

Is there a rule concerning that? The other member with that name hasn't been active in 5 years since they registered, I don't know if you guys make that kind of exception

I'm fairly sure once a name is registered (regardless if it's used or not) - it's taken. If you'd like something else though please let us know.
