I was in high school with a girl who had one. But she dyed her hair to mask it most of the time. It was the result of some genetic pigmentation disease.

I was in school with a girl who had a white streak in her hair and she didn't try to mask it at all

and in highschool a different girl had the white in half of her eye lashes and eye brow
