yep you should start this and when i come vote for my favs i'll post a youtube clip ..

i think Chocolate should post a note in every round post with something like you said .. only who nominated and chocolate can post the clips.

and if a youtube clip is posted try to find the part where the actress really shows their talent, like the climax not just some random speaking part

I think that's a good idea. Videos are no must be. If the person who nominated an actress wants to put one though, he or she (and I mean only he or she, or Chocolate of course!) can feel free to do so. But it should be only one video, maximum two. Nothing too long - coz as some already said, not everyone will watch them too the end (me neither )

yes but filmography and award doesn't mean anything...if I don't know the movie...and award...many good actress haven't award because they didn't have the good movie...so I think that 2 vids not too long is ok...

Meester became interested in acting when she appeared in a local production of The Wizard of Oz. Other roles include a role as Savannah Bennett on Surface. She has guest starred on Season 4 of the FOX drama 24, in episode 3 and 4 of Season 3 of the FOX drama House, on Season 1 of the UPN drama Veronica Mars, and in Season 8 of the WB drama 7th Heaven, as well in Season 1 of the HBO comedy Entourage. Meester made her film debut in the feature Hangman's Curse.

She recently starred in the independent comic-thriller Flourish.

In 2006, she wrapped the female lead role in the comedy/horror film Drive-Thru. In the spring of 2006, she played a part in the ensemble comedy/drama entitled Remember the Daze.

Currently, Meester stars as Blair Waldorf in The CW series Gossip Girl, from Josh Schwartz, creator of The O.C.. She has also recently guest starred on CSI: Miami and has a recurring role on James Woods' court drama Shark.

She will reprise her role of Justine Chapin on Entourage in season five.
