ah, you never watch my neighbour's dining room

she is 69 years old, she is rumanian and she lives at the first floor but her dinning room is in her cellar

there are mirrors everywhere!!! on the 4 walls and even on the ceiling! and there is a pink carpet on the ground.

even the lamps, the statues, the cupboards are make with mirrors

it seems to be a psychedelic sado-masochist private club.

sometimes Nicolas Sarkozy and the Chirac come in her appartment for the dinner XD

strangly, i'm not surprise <_<

(by the way, the neighbour's above my appartment is a bresilian drag queen XXXXXD)

this woman is a psychopath and everybody hate her in my building... to say the true, everybody hate her in my district. even the pharmacy refuses her as a cliente

of course, she hasn't childrens or husband.

there are 3 weeks she was a bit drunk and she tried to "rape" her plumber in her kitchen... but he refused her, so now she prefers to pay the princess of idontrememberthename's plumber because he is amazing XD

i know it because he is my plumber too he worked in my appartment and of course she had a water problem...

and she makes trials at everybody and all the times!

an example : she is member of the Order of Arts and Letters (Ordre des Arts et des Lettres) and they make meetings and every member has his own armchair with his name on the chair... but unfortunatly, her armchair had a "problem" and one day, when she was sit her buttocks made a "suction cup" and she stayed blocked in the armchair

so she made a trial against the armchairs creator

another pictures. i took them there are few hours but the room is not finish and there is a big mess in the room.

tomorrow i will received my sofa (and my jacuzzi too)

I wish I had a hot plumber

my neighbour too but not only the plumber... if she could she certainly dated with the Village People but in the end she could makes a trial for sexual harassment <_<

That's I could say my room. I spening in it all the time, well, my mother's as well, but she's not in it that much,

I have changed some weeks ago the wall color to a beigé I think it's more nicer as before... it's not tidied up <_<

when i won't be in Paris i will rent my apartment. Paris is a very touristic city so i can rent my apartment 1000 € per week without problem.

it's already the price i paid for a week when i lived in the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. you certainly don't know but it's one of most fashionable streets in the world. there even was a models agency in the building XD

it can sound "cool" but it wasn't... because when there are just one bakery in a street of 2km XD

by the way the apartment wasn't very beautiful, the building was ugly (bulit by Gustave Eiffel but really ugly), the kitchen wasn't great and there wasn't a jacuzzi

i bought my apartment 230000€ and i added 50000€ for the construction and now if i want i could sell it 400000€ without problem... so i'm a bit proud

limer, yes you can won a lot of money with appartment in paris.

majority of people rent their apartement for the month (example : if someone rent my apartment for a month he certainly paid something like 2500 - 3000 €) but when you rent for a week it's more expensive...

an i chose my aparment because of it. i wanted to be near to the Champs Elys
