2 of these images were published in Polish Glamour(obviously a reprint) and I always wondered where do they come from. I thought they were from an Escada catalog maybe, but it seems they were shot for Australian Vogue...however the origin might be from elsewhere as Australian Vogue often uses reprints as well...here are the images as published in Polish Glamour from June 2003, scanned by me:
