. Only overall, I would say the makeup content has been fairly consistent overall. Off the top of my head I would probably say Andi Muise, Rosie Wheatley and Daniella Cosio are probably the only ones over 99% makeup free, but I think they've all been clean enough to decipher and that's why there are multiple pics of course. But even my grandmother has some at the grocery store

Moiselles Monica is one of the most beautiful woman for me too! but I saw on her topic on the picture you posted even she hasn't lipstick or foundation cream, she has black pencil on her eyes! and it makes a real difference! anyway I put a 10 for her beauty coz she doesn't look like everybody! but not many for natural, coz I must admit I saw her in a movie with no make up on eyes she is pretty but not a stunning natural beauty.. but each one has different opinion 
I don't think a little eyeliner makes a whole lot of difference, especially when the rest of her face is completely bare of make-up. Almost all of the pictures thus far have shown women wearing some kind of make-up, whether it be a little eyeliner, lipstain, or foundation.
