This is the second time I've seen the tattoo. You also see it in a previous editorial the one with him in Citizen K.

I've seen it before too. It just baffles me that he got tattooed at such a young age (which also brings to mind Ash Stymest). Then again, he could pass for someone in his twenties.

i dunno about brazil but here in the holland you can get tattoed or pierced at 15 with consent of a parent or guardian

Yeah I brazil I don't think it's such a big deal to get tats. I think here in SA you just need parental consent to get one at 16.

I hope he didn't get some tattoo of some girl. Hope it's for his mother or something not some girl.

I pretty easy to get a tatoo here in Brazil... Theoretically you need your parents consent but a lot of places dont really care as longs as you have the money to do it.
