Frankly, I don't see how the comment is gross or body shaming. If Jo is preggers, then she's in such great shape, that it leaves us fans speculating. The two bullet points are merely speculative observations not intended to be insulting in any way. But interpret it as you will. I can't control who gets offended or not by light-hearted comments. I think most of the folks around here don't take things too seriously, but I could be wrong. If she is preggers, then her dietary intake would naturally be higher. Anyways, if you're offended, it is what it is. Cheers.
