Sooo, her mom has already been here. Now it's her dad? WOW...I didn't reply anything to that person cause i dont know what to say. It's so stupid and rediculous. Maybe next time her "dad" will ask somebody to colse down the internet cause he doesn't want his daughter's pics to be seen

I don't steal those pics from Emily's private page. I found them on Blogspot.com. So somebody has already stolen them. Take care.

I would suggest to her parents or anyone else in direct contact with Emily that if you have a problem and you can prove without a shadow of a doubt that you are who you say you are, that you take it up with the staff admin and not pm members of the forum about it.... because why?! le gasp. NO ONE IS GOING TO BELIEVE YOU! For all we know you're some forum troll who's got a bug up their ass.

A REMINDER to all. Once something is put on the internet... it becomes PUBLIC DOMAIN.

If you don't want your pics being passed around, you better make damn sure you have a tight hold on who has access to your personal stuff... or simply don't put it on the internet. As for Facebook/Myspace/Blogspot pics.... um, there are programs you can download that will bypass any locked/private/hidden pictures you may have.

If these pics are being taken from Emily's page and are being posted in other places then perhaps she needs to take a long hard look and who is a quote on quote friend, or remove them.

On a off note about my own doubt to the persons validity...

The name cosmo? What self respecting MALE adult would use that name?

On another note. I'm in contact with someone who knows Emily's family and they gave me a little info on her that I didn't know... so I thought I'd share.

I had asked if she had any siblings... I was curious... shhh lol

If that really is Emily's Dad, he has every right to ask on behalf of his daughter that we stop amusing ourselves with her personal pictures. He cannot force us to stop posting them, but I think it would be the decent thing to do. I mean, let's face it, if we were getting her personal pictures from any other source but the internet ( which people somehow convince themselves makes it okay!), we would be a bunch of creepy f*cking stalkers! Think about it... we're getting a buzz out of finding pictures of a human being we don't know going about her daily, personal life with her friends... it is a little bit nutso! Lol! It's not like looking at her commercial pictures, which she makes as part of her career.

However, until the person can prove to be someone speaking on the behalf of Emily no one on this forum is breaking any laws. I agree with pretty. The person needs to talk with a mod about putting a ban on posting Em's personal pictures

If they are banned, someone do let me know since I used two of her personal pictures for a poll in the ' Babes Poll' section on this site.
