I think Pearl Jam & Nirvana are overrated. Pearl Jam is better than Nirvana though.

^ I prefer Nirvana. I think Pearl Jam's Ten is absolutely brilliant, but then VS and Vitalogy are just good albums, not nearly as close... after that I find them kind of boring  

Mother Love Bone though was incredible... so sad it's only one album. And Andrew Wood must have been one of the best voices of the movement. Such a loss.

In Utero is my favorite Nirvana album. Nirvana was decent band, but are not as good as people say they are.

^ I guess Cobain's legend status after his death contributed. But I do think they're much more than just decent. I agree they're not THAT great as most people say.
