Just finished watching it- Adriana opens AND closes the first segment!! She comes back out - haha the cheers in the audience are awesome!!!!

I highly doubt it, the show is pretty tightly coordinated and the taping with celebrities is the second one - there's been plenty of rehearsing and a first taping already.
