OK. I could tell this was gonna be bad since 2 people voted after the cut off time. In all fairness, I wasn;t gonna count them; HOWEVER, I tallied up the votes without them and it appeared to be a complete tie at 49.5 . I would of tallied this up and seen this so I would of said "Next Vote Wins". So ... since Julia came in and voted abbey ... Abbey wins. And also candylove also voted all abbey so there was no confusion as to a second tie.
