And I agree with bella. Best expression and pose is the same sort of ... if not ... the same pics were probably used. Best overall would be hard .... would it just be who won the most?

I say best wings ... and we lower our standard so that others can compete. (I personally think shoulder things should kinda count like iza's and carmen's)

sorry cant see the ad i use firefox and have an add blocker add-on but i took off for a sec and saw what you meant. i say everyone should get firefox with ABP

And how does best overall work? Do we just see who won the most?

And as far as wings ... we could randomize it and make a super short round? Whatever? There's usually 12 ... unless we count Iza or someone elses as wings to make an even 8. It doesn't matter.

Best overall is usually who was the girl that turned heads. The girl that had the best.. well everything! If you want to do best wings you can do so.. but I have to find and organize everything first. which i don't see the point because again super short.

well I just think best overall is gonna either have a ton of pics ... or a ton of bias.

So we might as well finish with wings. Or shall i make "chossing the next round" a round

yeah best overall is basically who your fav or least fav is (or that's how people are gonna vote), and best wings if its short, that's fine bc this things gotta end sometime and not last like the 2007 comp did

OK. If we wanna do Best wings we need an extra spot and Izabel did have the closest to wings (I still say they were, but others aren't convinced). If anyone thinks they have a closer idea for what wings are then sure ... show me the pics. But we had 7 spots and we need 8 to make this an actual round. How does this look?

Carmen did have something slightly wing like in Back Tie Holiday ... but it was connected to the outfit. Iza's shoulder things ae their own entity. And one could argue that ale had felt wings like Selita in Modern segment ... but its just the way they were posed with. I doubt they were ment as wings. WHY WERE THERE SOOO FEW WINGS THIS YEAR????

lol Izabel's are wings.. just as much as pincushions are and in previous years those have been submitted.

2007 - 14 and 1 is debatable (there were so many in the competition because every girl was wearing a generic lace *wing* in the finale, adding 18 more wings)

2006 - 11 and two are debatable

2005 - 11

2003 - 11

2002 - 10

2001 - 15

2000 - 3 and 1 is debatable

So yes there's not as many as there normally is but it's not a huge difference in numbers unless you are merely looking at the previous year, which again was bulked up due to the finale segment, which I would not necessarily as classed as wings as they all looked identical aside from a slight color variation. Perhaps they cut back on them as they are one of the most expensive parts of the outfit, and with the recession which was already being felt last year they needed to cut corners.

FINALLY. Thank you. I said this at the beginning and I kept getting "those don't count as wings."

IMO this is tough ... Adriana's are so-so ... not what I personally invisioned for the fantasy bra wings ... but yet. Julia's are amazing ... but can you really apreciate all the detail without it getting lost. It was such a colorful runway its hard to appreciate the wings and they seem cluttered.
