Your seniority on BZ is not the main factor whether or not you get a thread or not. And I wouldn't assume you are disliked

It is not a matter of whether or not a member "deserves" a thread or not. Many members probably do deserve threads here, but not everyone will be granted one. That doesn't mean you are disliked. If everyone who deserves a thread got one then the point of having personal threads will be obsolete, and the board would be further cluttered
