So, I just had this altercation with one of your countrymen - all his fault of course - and after we'd exchanged pleasantries ( ), he left me with these portentous words:

Now, I don't wish to be dismissive of your country, hence why I'm posting here and asking you this. But - isn't that just the lamest threat ever?!?!

I've never been to Canada, but I hope to go sometime - am I blacklisted now because of this idiot? I mean, presently I'm a million miles away from your border.

I doubt that you're blacklisted. Does he even know your name? Also, Canada is, like, the easiest country ever to get into. It has such an open-door policy, it's a nation of immigrants. When I go down to the states for whatever reason, the line to get into their country is massive and slow, but coming back into Canada is always a breeze. Pretty much the only question you have to answer is "How are you?"

Oh, I remember the photo I saw once in a magazine, it was a funny one.

There was a street in some town, and on the left side there were people and houses decorated with American flags, and on the right they were Canadians and Canadian flags on houses. Between right and left there was a road, with a line painted with a white paint through the middle of it, and on the left side of this road, "USA" with a white paint was written, and on the right, "Canada".

It looked funny, cause you know....you cross the street and you're in another country
