if you download them off sites, they're mostly Trials (30 days some are even 15 days)

so i download the torrent w/ the crack

I was trying to do an animation with imageready and it worked but it sucked because the caps were horrible, (because I capped one by one from a youtube video ) is there a program just to separate the frames?

i use Animation Shop 3. when you open the video it automatically seperates them into frames.

but you should edit the video first (like Windows Movie Maker or w/e) to pick the clip you want

so i wouldn't take that long to open it

i tried Ulead but i sucked at it i guess i

need to use it more frequently to get a hang of it

It just takes practice. Soon you'll be a pro and going crazy with gifs then you'll reach a point where you're lazy like me
