P.S.: Pretty, instead of droping the number of the voters this down, why don't you add a time limit as well. (i.e. 17 voters, and 24 hours). If by 24 hours people don't vote, it'd be OK, but to assume that people won't be around is kinda wrong IMO, and it'll be unfair to some models, while favoring some others.

I'm not sure how that can be construed as favoring anyone. I'm doing weekly averages and having a different number of voters from day to day based on the voter turnouts, (which is what would/could happen if I were to put a time limit on it) doesn't give a fair average.
It's a Holiday week, and I'm in no way, shape, or form expecting a bunch of people to be coming in and voting.
