Yeah, the video worked for me (by deleting everything in the link before the = sign including the equal sign).

Also...I just thought of just now another reason some people's videos don't appear is when they try to post a "related" video from the side of a video that has a link like this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sr3RhqaoviA...feature=related , that comes up blank on our system. So to post a video like that you delete the = sign and everything before it as well as the "& feature=related" and it is then recognizable to our system...
