I think you have answered your own question...see? Why can't a member delete his own post? A lot of times we may screw something up, or make a duplicate post, or whatever. I've done it myself, and had to answer with a "sorry, mistake", post, instead of deleting the whole post. What possible good does that do? Who wants to read that? And what about bandwidth space? Wouldn't it be a lot easier on us and you mods to let us just delete our own posts? Then you wouldn't have to deal with deletion requests like these! Come on, somebody make some sense, here! That's ridiculous!

Yeah, so, like I said..you wouldn't get all these deletion requests if you had a way for members to delete their own posts. So...what's the problem? Do you enjoy all these requests? Is it a power trip? It seems to me that you could save yourself a lot of extra work and save yourself (and us members) a lot of aggravation by letting us delete our own posts, like virtually every other forum on the internet today...think about it, ok? And make it happen. It's a good thing.
