Yfke x4.5 - Amazing, looks expensive, well made, beautiful coloring, wearable, detailed, it's the perfect outfit but not seriously memorable.

Alesandra x.5 - It's probably one of the most memorable pieces VS has ever done, but it look a little cheaply made.

Yfke x5 Beautifully put together and when you take the little jacket off and ditch the umbrella it's still inherently feminine.

The sexy Santa was cute, but when you remove the additional props, (the hood, the mittens and the little sack) it's just a pink bra and panty, something you'd more likely see on a teenager trying to impress her boyfriend then a women trying to impress her lover/husband/boyfriend. Not knocking it, but I would consider it everyday wear vs 'sexy' wear.

As for saying Ale's is memorable; Yes it is; but it was also showcased in a commercial and in a number of print ads at the height of her career. Everyone says 2005 was the pinnacle of VS, the best show, where the outfits were stellar and the models looked smashing and I have to agree. And Yfke's outfit was outstanding on a relative unknown model and it still manages to bring something special to the table without the hype about who's wearing it clouding our judgment.

Everyone says 2005 was the pinnacle of VS, the best show, where the outfits were stellar and the models looked smashing and I have to agree. And Yfke's outfit was outstanding on a relative unknown model and it still manages to bring something special to the table without the hype about who's wearing it clouding our judgment.

You know, Ale's outfit is good. But in that whole opening segment it was probably the most literal and obvious. That's not to say she didn't look good, I think she's rarely looked better (though that's not the point, is it?), just that really it was a little high-street (or mall) tack. Other than Karolina's weird yellow thing, it was the weakest of "Santa's Helpers".

I've always championed Yfke's 'Southern Belle' look throughout all the rounds - it's both cute and sexy, it's got an umbrella, and a hat at a jaunty angle... Although, like Pretty rightly said, it's actually not super memorable! Weird. Yet here we are, and it's come down to this...

Maybe everything else was just too divisive? Maybe they made opinions too polarised? I thought Selita dressed as a Christmas tree was just absolutely fucking stupid. And that Stam-Bell??? But somebody else (possibly) loved it? God knows none of my favourites never made it very far - barring 'Sex-Bot' Morgane, but that didn't fool anybody for too long. <_<

Anyway, I just wanted to say something before this part of the competition ended. And to tip my hat to the wonderful Prettyphile. I'm not a massive fan of polls, because I know my tastes and BZ aren't exactly simpatico in regards to most things - and that, no matter what the outcome of any of these competitions are, I know the correct answer is a). Behati!!!
