As far as I am aware they have cast some if not all of the additional roles for Deathly Hallows which would mean they have officially completedd casting for the Harry Potter films. Take this as an unconfirmed, but probable, rumour for now.
Where have you heard that?
I would imagine they are done most, if not all of the casting as they are filming Part One and Part Two at the same time.
Do we know where Part One ends?
I think it's when Ron returns...I think I saw somewhere in some video the director mentioning it as a part when hope returns too together with Ron blla blla blla... 
^Hm... I didn't know that the director or anyone else had said anything about where part one ends. I thought they were trying to keep it a secret. lol

Doesn't it? I literally, sadly, ACTUALLY cried and got chills. I've watched it about 6 times now.
I am so sad because it is the end.
