Yeeeeey Kaka's back!!!
Oh thank God! FInally he trained,i hope he trains with the squad soon....
This new stage of his recovery consists of working on strength and speed to help his knee get back into shape.
Kaka has just begun a new stage in his recovery process. Having successfully completed the first stage consisting of physiotherapy, pool and gym work, the Brazilian midfielder is now working outdoors to test the stability of his knee and initiate the muscle strengthening process.
Under the watchful eye of Real Madrid’s medical services and fitness trainer Carlos Lalin, Kaka has begun proprioception work and strength and speed training with the goal of building up stamina and proceeding to the next stage of his recovery. He did not feel any discomfort while performing turning, speed and stamina drills. Kaka was congratulated by several or his teammates and coaches, who know the player is one step closer to returning to the field of play.

Kaka on the comeback trail
Real Madrid playmaker Kaka moved a step closer to making his comeback from injury after returning to training.
The Brazil international, a £56million signing from AC Milan in the summer of 2009, has not played for Madrid yet this season after undergoing a meniscus operation in August but he trained alongside his team-mates for the first time since the surgery.
Fernando Gago, who has not played for Madrid this season either due to a knee problem, also took part in training, as did Sergio Ramos, who had been expected to be absent until 2011 after spraining a ligament in his right knee.
Ramos was subsequently included in Jose Mourinho's 20-man squad for the visit of the Spain international's former club Sevilla, although neither Kaka or Gago are yet ready to return to competitive action.

Sergio Ramos, Kaka and Gago were the new faces during training this morning. The three players worked out on the pitch with their team-mates, taking a positive step towards recovery. Jose Mourinho also had 18 other men available to him in the session, as well as youth teamers Juanfran, Pacheco and Morata. Dudek, Higuain, Xabi Alonso (suspended for the match due to five bookings) and Canales stayed indoors.
Ball work took centre stage after fitness trainer Rui Faria finished supervising a series of stretching and strengthening exercises. The squad divided into two groups to play a game in which it was only allowed to pass the ball with either hands or head.
Mou On Kaká: Kaká got emotional upon returning to the field with his teammates. Two weeks ago he told me that he was tired of working inside in the gym. He wanted to hear the sound of the ball, feel the rain, the cold… he was tired of being inside. After that he began to work outside, with the cold, the sun… listening to the sounds his teammates made. Then he told me he needed to be with the group. Today’s session was of low intensity, with zero risk for injury, so we invited him. He’s beginning to feel like a player again. He felt like one more in the group and everyone shared in his joy. If he trains like this for the next few days, he’ll be training normally with the group after the vacation. We hope that he begins to be Kaká, whether it’s on the bench or on the field, by the middle of January. In Madrid, he hasn’t been able to be Kaká due to all the problems he’s had.
