As always in every final, I might not count votes given by people who have never participated before if they decide the winner.
Damn! I thought we would never be in this situation, but I've just reviewed all the votes and it is happening right now.
There is one vote from someone who has never participated before, neither in this edition nor any previous one, that is deciding the winner. 
The rule I've always had in mind, after what happened in the very first contest, is that only people who have participated in each edition or regular voters in other editions could vote in the finals.
However, in previous finals I counted all the votes, including new people's ones, because they weren't changing the final results. For example when Ashley beat Keira last time: CLICK.
I honestly don't really know what to do right now. 
If I count that vote then we already have 30 and we have a winner, but if I don't then we only have 29 votes, we need 1 more, but the winner is already the other one. 
Maybe I should have been more specific about that. And I will be from now on... just before each final I will copy a list with all the people who have participated in that contest and are allowed to vote, it will only apply for the finals, and it won't matter if you have voted all the previous days or only one, it won't matter either if you have voted in a preliminary round or the semifinals, but you will need to have voted at least 1 time before in that same contest.
And as for now, I think the fairest thing to do is to wait for one more vote and see who the winner is... 
But please, a vote from someone who has participated this time...
