Its that "bit of everything" that always kindof confuses me. For example someone with 8 looks and 5 talent vs. 7 looks and 8 talent. "a bit of everything" makes me not sure whereas looks only would make me vote for the 8 looks.

Not so soon, we are 9 hours ahead of LA time, 6 ahead of NYC.

You can multiply the looks score by 4 and add the talent just once, you'll have 80%-20% then, I don't know, it's up to you.

Now that I can work with . But I guess I'll just do looks to balance out since most probably do 50-50 anyway and if they are equal I'll break tie with talent .
