Being rich & famous gets unwanted attention, that's part of their daily lives. But these leaks were indeed embarrassing, its gonna take quite a decent amount of time for her to turn into normalcy, I doubt if she could ever feel secure after this fiasco, I've seen girls going into severe depression after such incidents in the past, lets hope she recovers fast & gets required medical attention.
