Did Gisele play beach volleyball or regular volleyball, cuz regular hurts (i play regular)

Regular, but she also plays beach volley. I used to play too, but I never hurt myself.

I always get bruises on my arms, and my coach says thats good :shock:

I get like tiny bruises, and everyone says that i wont feel anything after a while
