I'm not an expert on these new celebs so a lot of names I don't know, but if I'm reading this right, Bella just got dumped over twitter.
What it looks like happened: Bella was dating DudeA so she broke up with him to be with DudeB, but what actually happened is that she cheated DudeA with DudeB, only DudeB didn't know that there was cheating involved because Bella told him that she was done with DudeA. So now DudeB found out what actually happened and it seems like he broke up with Bella publicly on twitter.
