I think she is a can't miss for Angel. I don't know how many they want, but I would say they should take her and Sara Sampaio. Camille Rowe, Andreea Diaconu (spelling?), and Monika Jac are strong contenders too though.

^ From Wiki, 2006 and 2012 saw no new Angels added to the roster.  I don’t think that there is any set number, but how many is too many is the real question.

There are eight Angels currently, and there were as many as ten during 2013, before the departures of Miranda and Erin.  Rosie, Candice, Chanel, Erin, and Lily all were promoted in 2010.  I think a mass infusion of 2 to 4 Angels is possible, given the available talent at hand.  I expect 2 at least.

Great picks redxv and models990.  I totally agree that Martha is a can’t miss pick and that Lais and Sara are more than worthy.  Jac, Camile Rowe, and Kelly Gale are devastating newcomers.  If I had my choice, it would be Martha, Jac, Sara, and Lais, in that order.  If I could only get 4.  But Camile is really climbing.

Karlie came in 2013.

VS added Miranda in 2007, Doutzen in 2008, Behati somewhen between 2009-2010 and then all the rest in 2010 and Lindsay back in 2011 so, they pretty much added new Angels all the time.

Martha just has "the" look. Her body looks great in their lingerie. She has a pretty face and the best eyes/sexy stare since Adriana.

Y'all are spot on.  If it doesn't happen for Martha, I'll be shocked, but more than that, the new faces/bodies will come in this year.  Almost certainly.
