Well depends, there are plenty of things that you can think negativly of about yourself (looks,intelligence, height, etc.) but that does not mean you dont have a high self esteem. I think self esteem is based more on past experience then what you think of youself.

Eg. Say you think you are not that goodlooking but have gone out with the hottest gilrs in school, even though you think your ugly it will have little effect on your self esteem since you can say well Ive already had a better one before, the next one should be no problem. Hope that kinda made sense
