Personal preference, sure. And there's nothing wrong with that. But I don't really go on pure preference.
Both definitions of average are acceptible, but if its not disclosed, its difficult to discern from case to case.
1. Average - average at pleasing me
2. Average - most distinctively common
For the second of which, there is an answer, but the way we go about attaining or assessing it is subjective and limited admittedly.
I use her as an example not to say its bad, but if I had to pick a model name out of a hat and guess what type of body they are more likely to have,
that's what I would guess. Her only two discernable advantages over the average woman I see are she is slim. I'd then probably take Miley Cyrus for the average regular woman.
At the end of the day it is subject to tastes, but that's not the main deal for me. For example, if I were to go by tastes, I'd give Lucy Pinder a 7.5 (not just for the boobies, but the big warm body too), but I'd score her as solid 7 (6.5 for the boobies and .5 added as a benefit of the doubt for being known for her body). Petra Nemcova on the other hand if I went by tastes, I'd give her the same 7.5, but I'd give her an 8.7-9 because I think its much less likely to be had even if how much I like it is 7.5.
Even if I preferred her (Shannon's) breasts over Bar's or Tyra's, theirs are still much less likely to be had. Even if I preferred her booty over Shakira's, Serena's ect. I would have to factor in, would people talk about their booty if they had Shannon's?
And then I think about their careers themselves. Even if I liked Shannon's body more than Elle McPherson's (who I'm not a particular fan of, just
an example) I would have to ask myself, "would she be called "the body" with that body?".
This isn't to say definition 1 (how much it pleases me) has any less merit by any means, but that's just a look into the mad mind of Joe
