Wow, this round has been interresting. Team France's average score for Vanessa was 9.6 and so far 8 for Emmanuelle whereas Team Non-France's average score for Vanessa was 6 and much higher for Emmanuelle .

Well, you see, on behalf of Ms. Beart, I must say the following, not only as her lawyer, but as someone who also doesn't care for my client's breasts at all.

However...

Seeing as how large breasts are a minority here, its highly likely and arguably certain that even without said enhancements, the chances of them being smaller than most of the women here is relatively small. Or take the last girl (Vanessa) for example, the chances of them being smaller than hers are almost impossible (not saying anything wrong with her breasts of course).

But in any case, should one be penalized for having artificial floaties? I say, no. But to penalize for them being fake more often than not infers that they would be evaluated more favorably if they were real. In such case, they should instead merely be denied the "extra points" they would recieve if they were real and be instead evaluated on an equal plane with every other regular sized floatied woman.

In such case, we'll declare my client a model with regular sized floaties (like most models here). As such, compared to the others, the remaining features (booty, hips, legs ect.) are all elite by the standard of the fashion models here and if you give a point per feature, more than a few would have a hard time getting a definitive win over my client.

And even compared to the ones in general here with "naturally" large floaties even spotting the 1 point for the breasts for argument's sake, if the match is most points out of 5 attributes, she'd give most in general here a tough fight.

Because even if her breasts were beyond flat, lets say...invisible for argument's sake, her booty/leg/ab/hip combo overall is better than most models and women here in general and those attributes are over 90% of the body. So if my client's fake bosom isn't to be attributed as hers, her chest should merely be counted as regular sized or even small depending on one's estimates. But with or without them, the overall package still beats most of the women here.
