While I've seen some of the rudeness (or outspokenness depending on your perspective) you speak of, I haven't seen enough to consider banning. Many people post unintelligibly, many of us say stupid things, some of us call people names on occasion and many of us are too prideful to apologize. "Irritating as hell" would get lots of us banned. 
Then again, maybe I just haven't seen enough of her posts.

secondly, "outspokenness depending on your perspective"? yes, remind me to use that excuse when my behavior is up for discussion. you know when i called marduk self-absorbed i was just being outspoken, i wasnt flaming him 
third, you didnt address the fact that she has repeatedly gone against what the staff has asked of her. you know, i could accept her calling someone a name if she didnt then get in my face about it after i told her something. i can accept mistakes because yes we've all made them, myself included. what i dont tolerate is her constant backtalk. what i can't just overlook is the fact that whenever a staff member addresses her, she puts the blame on the staff member instead of just owning up to her mistakes. not just once, but all the time.

You could do what Capt did, delete all the accounts but one, then PM the guy on the one that's left behind and tel him that making multiple accounts is unnecessary?
I would watch this person first. See if they try something sneaky.

For those that missed it, this is what I removed from her sig.
My opinions that will piss a bunch of people off:-Adriana Lima is over-rated.
